We use your data to:

Provide and improve the NILES coaching experience
Generate personalized insights and analytics
Maintain account security and authentication
Send service-related communications
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your organization has enabled zero-retention mode, conversation content is deleted after processing. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) AI service providers to process your conversations; (b) infrastructure providers to host the service; (c) as required by law.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email privacy@neuroleadership.com to exercise these rights.

7. International Data Transfers

NILES supports multi-region deployment (US, EU, APAC). Your data is processed in the region configured for your account.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right to Data Portability: You may request a machine-readable copy of your data to transfer to another service.
Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or where processing is based on legitimate interests.

Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of the sale of your personal information. Note: NILES does not sell personal information to third parties.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, service levels, or quality for exercising these rights.
