We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your organization has enabled zero-retention mode, conversation content is deleted after processing. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) AI service providers to process your conversations; (b) infrastructure providers to host the service; (c) as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

NILES supports multi-region deployment (US, EU, APAC). Your data is processed in the region configured for your account.
